How to be eligible for refund
- By letting us know the reason for refund
- In brand new condition
- In complete set
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery and we will send you the address of our assigned fulfillment center during the time of contact
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Can I request you to send the same product again, instead of refund?
- If you received the product with print defect, we can send again the same product you have purchased provided that the original product you received will be shipped within 14 days of delivery.
- Please note that slight color difference from computer screens and mobile phones to the actual duvet cover print will not qualify as print defect.
- It is not possible to choose another product or different variations.
When can I receive the refund?
- Please give us 14 days to process your refund
- Once it is processed, you will receive a confirmation
- After receiving the confirmation, kindly check with your credit card company. Please be aware of bank holidays and transaction processing delays.
- Once the refund has been processed on our end and is already deducted from our funds, we are no longer responsible for any delays, transaction fees and any incidents caused by payment processors or your credit card company.
Note:
- As our duvets are handcrafted in which we start creating immediately upon receiving your order, we don't accept cancellations.
- We don't accept product exchange. We encourage you to carefully check your orders upon checking out.
- Shipping delays and damages caused by courier handling are beyond our control, therefore it is not eligible for refund.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
