Shipping takes about 7 - 30 business days (most customers receive their items within 14 business days) depending on the various situations and customs policies of your country.

Customers cannot make a special arrangements and choose their preferred shipping companies.

If your location is classified as "remote area" or "military base" by couriers, shipping might take longer than expected. In relation to this, our free shipping does not cover destination surcharges.

Our free shipping and product prices does not cover custom clearance fees or any other fees that will be required by your post, local couriers or customs office.
