Returns & refunds
Everything is made to order, so returns work a little differently here — but if your set isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns within 14 days
If your order isn't right, contact us within 3 days of delivery and return the set within 14 days for a full refund. Items must come back unwashed and in their original packaging.
Before you return anything
Email daintyduvet@gmail.com first with your order number and a photo if something arrived damaged or printed incorrectly. In those cases we cover the return ourselves and remake or refund — you should never be out of pocket for our mistake.
Change of mind
Because each cover is cut and sewn for one person, return shipping on a change of mind is paid by the buyer. Choosing the right bed size up front avoids this entirely — our size guidelists exact measurements, and custom sizes cost no extra.
Cancellations
We can cancel before production starts. Once your design has been printed and cutting has begun the order can't be cancelled, since the piece can't go back into stock that doesn't exist.
