Your tracking number is emailed within 3–7 days of dispatch, once the parcel is with the courier. Paste it into 17track, which covers every carrier we use.

Haven't had a tracking number yet?

Production takes 3–5 business days before anything ships, so if you ordered within the last week it's likely still being printed and sewn. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days to the US and 10–18 to Europe — full estimates here.

Something looks wrong

If tracking hasn't moved in over a week, email daintyduvet@gmail.comwith your order number and we'll chase the courier ourselves.
