Our free shipping and product prices do not cover customs clearance fees or other charges levied by your post, local courier or customs office.
Remote areas and hard-to-find addresses
Please include your complete address and a phone number so couriers can reach you. If your location is classified as a remote area or military base, shipping may take longer than the estimates above, and our free shipping does not cover destination surcharges.
Delays & failed deliveries
Occasionally logistics backlogs or remote-area routing add time. Because tracking is provided from dispatch, failed deliveries after a successful handoff to your courier aren't eligible for refunds — but message us and we'll always help chase a lost parcel.
